Good manipulation of/use of materials.

There are connections aesthetically with the clay and the painting but this is not necessarily important. there is the connection of the maker but they are separate. Do they need to be defined as communicating or connected?

There is s sense of questioning what one is looking at in terms of composition. They could be Baconesque. There is an inquisitive feeling. What is happening/am I seeing ?

It would be a good idea to allow Ben to curate. Submitting all and allowing for selection by someone else. Allow them to place as is appropriate for the whole install.

Light and connections to the landscapes can be seen.

They are dark.

One of them perhaps overworked.
